Job summary

Tripatra is seeking an experienced offshore diving professional to join our project team as a Diving Client Vessel Representative (CVR). The CVR will act as the Company's senior offshore representative onboard Dive Support Vessels (DSV) and subsea construction vessels, providing oversight of contractor operations to ensure diving and subsea activities are executed safely and efficiently.

Candidates with Saturation Diving Supervisory or Diving Superintendent backgrounds, strong safety leadership,

Qualifications

Extensive offshore diving experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Previous experience as Saturation Diving Supervisor, Diving Superintendent, or senior diving leadership role.
Strong knowledge of saturation diving, DSV operations, subsea construction, SURF, IMR, IMCA guidelines, and offshore HSSE.
Demonstrated safety leadership, reporting, and contractor management skills.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Represent the Company onboard Dive Support Vessels (DSV) and subsea construction vessels as Diving Client Vessel Representative (CVR).
Oversee diving and subsea operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and approved procedures.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure safe, efficient offshore execution.
Provide operational assurance, observation, and reporting to the project team.
Promote strong HSSE culture and effective communication with offshore stakeholders.
