Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of UX research and interactive product design experience.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative research with professional users.
• Strong systems thinking for dense data environments and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative research with risk professionals.
• Map complex workflows, identify decision points and failure points.
• Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes from research findings.
• Validate concepts through iterative testing with experts.
• Partner with product, engineering, and domain experts to anchor design in evidence.
