Job summary

PT Sanqua Multi Internasional is seeking a UI/UX Designer & Researcher to conduct user research, interviews and usability testing, and to translate insights into effective design solutions. You will create personas, journeys and flows, collaborate with developers, and contribute to wireframes, prototypes and design systems using Figma or similar tools.

You should have a minimum of D3/S1 in a relevant field, up to 2 years of UI/UX experience, and a portfolio that demonstrates your design process

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Proficient in Figma or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping and design system creation.
• Understanding of user-centered design, usability and accessibility; WCAG knowledge is a plus.
• Portfolio showing design process from user research to solutions and results.
• Ability to document user requirements and collaborate with developer teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and empathy skills; detail-oriented and eager to learn.

About you
