Job summary

IBMC is seeking a senior UX Lead to drive a high-impact research and prototyping mandate for a complex risk and fraud management platform. You will be a hands-on individual contributor bridging product managers and engineers, turning evidence into tested interactive prototypes.

Responsibilities include qualitative research with risk professionals, journey mapping, and hands-on prototyping with data-heavy interactions.

Qualifications

5 to 10+ years of hands-on UX research and interactive product design experience.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative research with professional users.
Strong systems-thinking capability for dense data environments and high-consequence workflows.
Hands-on prototyping in data-heavy interactive prototypes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) with risk professionals and translate findings into prototypes.
Map complex workflows and synthesize findings into prioritized journeys and user segments.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and IA reflecting edge cases and stateful interactions using Figma or equivalent.
Lead iterative validation with risk experts to refine workflows and document rationale for implementation.
Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to hand off insights and ensure technical feasibility.
