Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on UI/UX design experience with shipped digital products at scale.
• Proven mastery of interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, analytics).
• Ability to influence product strategy and communicate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design vision across multiple product lines.
• Strategize the design system roadmap with Product, Engineering, and Brand leadership.
• Authorize design decisions on interaction patterns, visual language, and design system architecture.
• Mentor and grow mid and junior designers through structured feedback and guidance.
• Lead design reviews and set quality standards across the team.
• Oversee design delivery milestones and coordinate risks across teams.
