Job summary

British American Tobacco Indonesia seeks a Transport Manager (Domestic & EXIM) in Malang to lead the transport network, oversee customs compliance, and optimize costs across the end-to-end supply chain. You will drive performance with logistics partners and coordinate with procurement and legal to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any major.
• Expert understanding of Indonesia Customs & Excise regulation.
• Good communication skills.
• Expertise in transportation.
• General understanding in IWS and Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years as EXIM/Transport Management.
• Experience engaging with government stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of customs regulation including customs facility.
• Logistics experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, tactical and strategic transport network operations.
• Ensure readiness for domestic and EXIM shipments and manage compliance.
• Manage customs and transportation management aligned with regulations.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal on regulatory matters.
• Drive continuous improvement in shipment processes and costs.
• Coach and develop reports; ensure BAT EHS policy alignment.
