Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a Tender and Administration Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the complete tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to award, ensuring governance and risk management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal, manage administration services, and drive continuous improvement while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in tender management, bid management, or related fields.
• Experience in manufacturing, rail, heavy industry or industrial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle from identification to submission and award.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop competitive tender responses.
• Review tender documentation for commercial, technical and operational risks.
• Develop tender schedules and ensure timely submissions.
• Support pricing development, contract reviews and risk assessments.
• Maintain tender registers, reporting and bid governance processes.
