Job summary

Heidelberg in Indonesia is seeking a proactive maintenance technician to perform assigned service jobs such as machine repair, re-conditioning, pre-installation, installation and preventive maintenance.

You will advise customers on repairs and preventive maintenance, support the spare parts team, and collaborate with Lifecycle Solutions on technical matters. Regular time sheet submission and adherence to service processes are expected.

Qualifications

• Executes assigned service jobs: repair of machine, re-condition, pre-installation, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Advises customers on machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provides feedback to management on customers’ requests and opinions.

Responsibilities

• Executes assigned service jobs including repair of machine, re-condition, pre-installation, installation and preventive maintenance.
• Advises customers on machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provides feedback to management on customers’ requests and opinions.
• Supports spare parts department in identifying spare part material for internal or external purposes.
• Assists Lifecycle Solutions department with regards to technical matters.
• All service orders must be signed by customers after job completion; regular time sheet submission.
