Interwell seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to provide technical and sales support for Indonesia and APAC regions. The role requires installing, configuring, and supporting downhole tool solutions, with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8–10 years in well completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in well completion and intervention services.
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools and completion systems; CAD experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Install and configure equipment to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with documentation and tracking.
• Conduct NCR investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support product development and communicate bulletins to APAC teams.
• Serve as technical focal point for product lines; coordinate with internal and client teams.
• Provide on-site and offshore operational support as needed.
• Coordinate project management with Sales and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate equipment performance issues and disseminate lessons learned.
