Job summary

Airswift invites a Senior Engineer to join the completion team in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a 12-month contract focused on deepwater well completions. You will design, plan, and execute completion programs with strong involvement in offshore operations, contractor coordination, well integrity, and cost control.

The role demands extensive experience in oil and gas, especially deepwater and horizontal wells, sand control, coil tubing, wireline, and well testing, with leadership of offshore site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 15+ years in oil and gas, with 10+ years in senior deepwater completion roles.
• 5+ years supervising offshore completion operations.
• 5+ years in Southeast Asia.
• Strong experience in sand control, deepwater gas wells, and horizontal wells.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute completion programmes safely and efficiently.
• Involve offshore operations, contractor management, well integrity, and cost control.
• Focus on deepwater gas well and horizontal well activity while supporting HSSE performance.
• Lead and mentor site supervisors and support teams.
