Baker Hughes in Indonesia is seeking a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention to join our Oilfield Services team. You will support on-site operations, install and maintain industry-leading equipment, and partner with customers to run interventions safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, 3+ years in Wellbore Intervention, and the ability to work in rotating shifts. We value teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring equipment compatibility.

• Advising and troubleshooting on complex Wellbore Intervention issues.
• Ensuring products and services meet high quality standards with technical knowledge.
• Complying with HSE policies and Baker Hughes values in all activities.
