Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a hands-on Tech Assist team member in our Jakarta office to be the face of technology for staff. You will deliver a customer-focused service and provide training on Macquarie's Technology platforms.

As the first point of contact, you will own technology problems and requests, collaborating with global teams to deliver positive outcomes for the business and help staff stay productive with Microsoft and Apple technologies.

Qualifications

First point of contact for staff needing help or information regarding technology.
Deliver a customer-focused service and provide training on Macquarie's technology platforms.
Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, macOS, iOS, InTune, Office 365).
Experience working with Video Conference/AV technologies would be an advantage.
