Qualifications

• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Source and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and applications.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with management and department supervisors.
• Maintain an active candidate database.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR documentation.
• Manage employee records and attendance.
