Job summary

Bali Vape & Tobacco Distribution (BVTD) is seeking a precise Accounting & Tax Specialist to manage internal accounting, tax compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting for BVTD distribution and Smokemart outlets in Bali.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong tax knowledge, and proficiency with ERP/POS systems to reconcile multi-channel sales including online platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting, finance, or tax experience.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax laws.
• Experience with bookkeeping, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts, and other transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger and complete accounting records.
• Verify invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare retail sales and financial reports for management.
• Reconcile inventory and ensure accurate financial data across channels.
