Job summary

Bali Vape & Tobacco Distribution (BVTD) is seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Bali. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in vape, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, or related distribution, and a proven ability to develop relationships with retailers, vape stores, wholesalers, bars, cafés, night venues, and other business customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in vape, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, or related distribution is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with vape stores, tobacco retailers, wholesalers, cafés, bars, or similar businesses are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali market.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently while reporting to a Sales Supervisor.
• Good smartphone and basic reporting/CRM skills.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation preferred.
• English: Basic to intermediate proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers across Bali territories.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand BVTD's distribution network.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Present and introduce BVTD products to potential customers.
• Take customer orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential high-volume accounts.
• Increase product distribution and SKU penetration within existing outlets.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
