Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a seasoned System Analyst/Software Developer to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. You will develop, implement, and maintain information systems, and provide technical support while coordinating multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong diagramming skills (Sequence, UML/BPMN), microservices understanding, RESTful API design, and experience with RabbitMQ messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience as a System Analyst and Software Developer, or similar roles.
• Proficient in designing system diagrams using Sequence Diagrams, C4, UML and BPMN.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs and API integration with proper error handling.
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Publish/Subscribe patterns.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and data modeling (ERD).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in agile, fast-paced environments.

We are looking for Talent that having:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience as a System Analyst and Software Developer, or similar roles.
• A good and proficient in developing and interpreting system design by using Sequence Diagrams, C4 Diagrams, UML / BPMN diagrams and strong ability to analyze and justify system design decisions,
• Having a solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and experience in designing scalable and distributed systems,
• Hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs and integration, API versioning, error handling, JSON-based data exchange,
• Experienced and hands-on in Messaging Systems with message brokers such as RabbitMQ with strong understanding of Publish/Subscribe patterns, Retry mechanisms and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ).
• Data Management using strong SQL skills for data analysis and understanding of data modeling concepts (ERD).
• Strong analytical to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities to propose sustainable solutions
• Effective communication across business and technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in an agile, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
