Job summary

Kop. Nusantara is seeking a System Analyst to gather and document business and system requirements, define functional and non-functional rules, and design data flows and ERDs.

You will collaborate with Developers, QA, Product, and Infrastructure, prepare API specs with Postman and Swagger, and validate data using SQL, while maintaining documentation in Jira/Trello/Draw.io. Experience in BRD/FRD/SRS, UML, and Agile/Scrum, plus strong stakeholder management, are highly valued for this role located

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in system analysis, solution design, and requirement documentation.
• Proficient in BRD/FRD/SRS, UML, ERD, Business Process Flow, and data mapping.
• Good understanding of REST API, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and system integration.
• Able to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and requirement traceability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

Nice to Have

Experience in financial, banking, cooperative, lending, or transaction systems.

Understanding of system security and regulatory requirements.
