Job summary

PT Bara Sangray Sehati is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to design and maintain end-to-end supply plans in a fast-growing consumer goods environment in Indonesia. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics with supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or related industries preferred.
• Strong inventory planning, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, stock turnover, and aging inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations and OEM partners to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
• Source, evaluate, and develop potential vendors and suppliers for pricing, quality, capacity and reliability.
• Coordinate production schedules with OEM factories and monitor production status, capacity, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on production delays and supply disruptions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee warehouse operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Plan shipments from factories and warehouses to customers or distribution points.
• Manage 3PL, trucking, courier, and other logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, lead times, fulfillment rates, service levels, and resolve logistics issues.
• Analyze inventory, warehouse, logistics costs; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks; develop contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service levels, cost effectiveness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Purchasing Import, R&D, QA/QC, Finance, and Operations to support end-to-end supply chain operations.
