The candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering with 8–10 years of leadership experience in building construction or large-scale projects and has strong knowledge of design, materials, standards, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering, design, and construction activities from planning to project completion.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings, and specs for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor construction quality, progress, and adherence to approved designs.
• Identify structural risks and provide technical solutions.
• Review submissions and proposals for structural works.
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend actions for deviations.
• Support planning, budgeting, value engineering, and cost optimization.
