Job summary

AccelByte is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and protect the reliability of our AAA multiplayer services. You will design and implement scalable backend components, automate deployments with Kubernetes, and drive incident prevention through automation and metrics.

You will contribute Go and Python code, review changes, and collaborate across time zones while delivering robust, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering or DevOps with AWS
• 2+ years Kubernetes experience
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of IaC and GitOps
• Proven Terraform and infrastructure-as-code expertise

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-performance backend services and control planes to automate operations
• Architect, implement and maintain a scalable deployment framework for Kubernetes and CNCF projects
• Build and run service deployments using Kubernetes and related tools
• Provide secure, scalable cloud platform and cost‑effective infrastructure
• Create infrastructure documentation and runbooks; collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Write clean Go/Python code for core platform components and AIOps enhancements
