Job summary

PT Brokeret Fintech Solutions in Indonesia seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to keep a low-latency trading infrastructure healthy across 25+ data centres. You will own observability, capacity planning and incident response for production systems where latency and availability are critical.

Responsibilities include maintaining uptime, designing dashboards, leading capacity planning and automating routine tasks through scripts and IaC.

Qualifications

• Several years as SRE/Platform engineer supporting low-latency or high-throughput systems.
• Strong Linux administration, TCP/IP, load balancing and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with observability stacks and automation (Prometheus/Grafana, Terraform, Ansible).
• Incident response discipline: on-call experience and blameless postmortems.
• Comfort operating across colocations and cloud regions in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime and latency targets across multi-region trading infrastructure.
• Design and operate observability: metrics, tracing, logs, alerts and dashboards.
• Lead capacity planning, load testing and predictable scaling for market hours.
• Own incident response: on-call, runbooks, postmortems and corrective actions.
• Automate routine operational tasks via scripts and IaC.
