Job summary

Indivara Group in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business intent into actionable requirements for engineers and QA. You will own editorial precision and maintain traceability from discovery to release, reporting to CTO/CEO as per org.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and decision records, ensuring clear evidence drives every build and that AI-assisted drafting is properly validated against

Qualifications

5+ years in business analysis, specification engineering or product experience.
Strong user research skills and ability to convert findings into journeys and requirements.
Practical UX understanding and ability to assess wireframes or prototypes.
Precise requirement writing and disciplined decision keeping.
You read data models, API contracts and tests with engineers.

Responsibilities

Discovery and user understanding: plan interviews, observe workflows, identify goals.
Requirements and decisions: write versioned requirements with sources and approvals.
Product design and delivery alignment: shape flows and usability criteria with teams.
QA and engineering handoff: provide exact revisions and acceptance basis.
AI-enabled practice: use AI, verify clauses against sources, document method.
