Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based software consulting firm with a Bandung team, is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst to translate client needs into scalable software solutions. You will work with clients, developers, architects, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements and guide delivery across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, solution analysis, system analysis, technical business analysis, solution design, or related technical roles.
• Strong software development background with prior coding experience and good understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development.
• Experience working with clients, product owners, or business stakeholders is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and drive project delivery.
• Collaborate with Developers, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Work with Solution Architects on cloud architecture, integrations, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and deployment strategies.
• Prepare user stories, functional and technical specifications, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve solutions and processes.

We are a Singapore-based software consulting firm with a vibrant team in Bandung, seeking a talented Senior Solutions Analyst to join our team. Together, we design, implement, and deliver mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients.

You will work closely with clients, developers, architects, and project stakeholders to understand business needs, assess technical requirements, and translate them into practical and scalable software solutions.

This role bridges client requirements, solution design, and engineering delivery. Most successful candidates come from a software engineering, system analysis, technical business analysis, or similar technical background, with strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and the software development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of database design, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, REST APIs, microservices, system integration, or DevSecOps.
