Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Consultant specialising in Full-Stack digital transformation solution implementation, with expertise in Flutter (must-have), AWS Serverless technologies, web development, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. As part of our global team, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in IT and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications.

Work closely with the company’s CTO and clients’ technical leads to architect and implement cloud-native, Serverless solutions using AWS technologies.

Use modern AI-assisted development approaches responsibly to improve productivity, solution quality, documentation, testing, and delivery speed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.

Apply structured problem-solving and delivery practices to turn complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and security are adhered to.

Mentor junior consultants, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation across different environments.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving your skills and incorporating new ideas.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication in an international team environment.

Experience working with structured software delivery methods, solution design patterns, and reusable implementation frameworks.

Strong proficiency with Flutter, Dart, and mobile and web application development.

Familiarity with AWS services such as Amplify, Lambda, CDK, API Gateway, EventBridge and more.

Solid understanding of cloud native architecture, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Proven experience with database design, ERD creation, and working with structured and unstructured data models.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Process.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working responsibly with AI-assisted development using Codex and framework like BMAD method.

Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

Understanding of Blockchain and Web3 decentralisation using Solana and Anchor framework

Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, ArchiMate standard and data-driven decision-making.

Understanding of IoT and how to integrate IoT data with Serverless architectures.
