Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia in Jakarta seeks an experienced cybersecurity engineer to join our security solutions team. You will work on network, cloud and application security projects, design low-level cyber security architectures, and help implement controls in line with NIST/CIS frameworks.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Telecommunications, 3+ years of relevant experience, and vendor certifications such as CISSP, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience at a network systems integrator or large enterprise with cyber security solutions
• Bachelor degree in IT/CS/Telecommunications with minimum IPK 3.0
• Valid professional cyber security certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Azure, AWS)
• Familiar with cyber security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
• Experience in network, endpoint, data, application and cloud security
• Experience creating low-level cyber security design
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with security solutions from Palo Alto, Fortinet, Azure, Cisco, AWS

Responsibilities

• Project scoping, systems design, proposal generation and proof of concepts in cyber security
• Focus on Packet Systems Indonesia cyber security solutions for Network/Cloud security, Application Security, Monitoring and incident response, Governance and Compliance

Requirement

• Mid twenties, with excellent written & verbal communication skill
• Minimum 3 years working experience at a network systems integrator or large enterprise, with cyber security solution (cloud based solutions are prefer).
• Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0
• Valid professional level in cyber security certification from well known principle, such as Cisco, Paloalto, Fortinet, Azure, AWS, etc (CISSP certification is added value)
• Had knowledge and experience on common cyber security framework, such as NIST, CIS, etc
• Competency on Cyber Security solution such as network security, endpoint/data/application security and also cloud security such as SASE. Knowledge and experience on automation cyber security will be additional value.
• Experience on creating low level cyber security design
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Familiar with cyber security solution from Paloalto, Fortinet, Azure, Cisco, etc.
