Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a Senior Skincare Product Developer to lead formulation and development of premium skincare products in Jakarta. This role requires deep cosmetic chemistry knowledge and hands-on lab expertise to bring products from ideation to launch.

The ideal candidate will manage projects cross-functionally, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior chemists in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in chemistry or cosmetic science is required.
• 7+ years of skincare product development experience.
• Hands-on formulation and lab testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and development of skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers, masks).
• Research new ingredients, technologies, and market trends in skincare.
• Oversee stability and compatibility testing to ensure product integrity.
