Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Jakarta Pusat to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform improvements that drive digital transformation across business functions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows and integrations, improving operational efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer for at least 5 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
• Experience in workflow design, automation, and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, security standards, and development best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities.
