Job summary

Rolls-Royce Indonesia seeks a senior Contract Manager to oversee the execution of service contracts, maintenance agreements, and aftermarket programs.

You will lead reviews, manage KPIs, SLAs, risk, and revenue realization; coordinate with operations and project teams; build long-term relationships with industrial clients.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in aftermarket services or industrial operations; travel to service sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aftermarket services, or industrial operations.
• Experience with LTSA or maintenance/service contracts desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP and service management systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Industry experience in mining, heavy equipment, power generation, marine engines, or rotating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and administration of service contracts and maintenance programs.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance guarantees are achieved.
• Monitor profitability, cost performance, risk, and revenue realization.
• Lead contract reviews, renewals, amendments, and escalations.
• Coordinate with operations, field service engineers, and project teams.
• Develop contract performance reports for management and customers.
