Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Senior SDET to lead GenAI-enhanced QA practices. You will design AI-augmented test architectures, implement scalable Selenium frameworks, and embed quality gates in CI/CD pipelines across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

You should have 5+ years in software quality, strong Python/Java/JavaScript coding, and a proven ability to turn test telemetry into actionable dashboards. This role is remote-first with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality with 3+ years building test automation at scale.
• Deep Selenium WebDriver knowledge: POM, synchronisation, multi-browser.
• Production-grade coding in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• GenAI tools usage (OpenAI API, Claude Code, Cursor) to solve problems.
• Hands-on CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Strong SQL and ability to parse logs and build visualizations.
• Clear, async communication and remote collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-augmented test architectures to draft scenarios and detect edge cases.
• Engineer and scale Selenium frameworks across Python/Java/JavaScript and multiple browsers.
• Embed quality gates into CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Translate test telemetry into dashboards with SQL to monitor coverage and defect density.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and testability.
• Mentor juniors, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote GenAI-guided best practices.
