Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Senior Platform Reliability & AI Operations Engineer to own production reliability and to architect autonomous AI-backed workflows. You will triage incidents, validate changes, draft RCAs, and progressively shift workload to agents while maintaining guardrails.

You will operate in a fully remote, globally distributed team with strong emphasis on incident discipline and scalable reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on production operations in SRE/Platform/DevOps.
• Proven incident response experience at SaaS scale.
• Fluent English in incident communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the pager and lead incident response during your shift.
• Build autonomous workflows with AI agents for triage, validation and remediation.
• Ensure safe production changes via gates and rollbacks during deployments.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
• Generalize fixes into runbooks and guardrails for repeatable handling.
• Document procedures to share knowledge across the team.
