Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant at Manager level to lead end-to-end SAP engagements across ERP modules including HCM, MM, SD, PP, FICO, PM, QM and SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with clients to design and implement technology-enabled change, mentor teams, and ensure delivery excellence across cross-functional projects in a dynamic SEA practice.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years' experience in SAP with at least 6–7 full cycle implementations.
• Strong client-facing solution architect capabilities including workshops, design & blueprinting, configuration and cutover.
• Proven leadership in team management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementations as a client-facing solution architect.
• Conduct business needs analysis and map requirements to SAP capabilities.
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach team members to deliver quality solutions.
