Job summary

PwC Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs. You will manage end-to-end delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires strong client management, excellent communication, and proven leadership of cross-functional SAP teams in complex environments across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, utilization, and commercial performance.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for project delivery matters.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution alignment sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve issues and escalations.
• Lead multidisciplinary SAP teams consisting of functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management resources.
• Mentor consultants and managers to support capability development and project excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Implement mitigation plans and drive resolution activities.
• Ensure adherence to PwC delivery methodologies, quality standards, and project governance requirements.
• Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and project planning activities.
• Contribute to pre-sales discussions and client pursuits.
• Assist practice leadership in identifying opportunities to expand SAP services within existing and new accounts.
