Job summary

PwC Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs across industries, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations. You will manage delivery from initiation to go-live and hypercare, ensuring timeliness, scope adherence, and quality.

The role emphasizes strong client management, cross-functional leadership, and excellent communication to guide multi-disciplinary SAP teams and stakeholders through complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years SAP consulting experience.
• 5 years SAP project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA, upgrades, rollouts, migration).
• Develop and manage plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality; maintain client satisfaction.
• Drive governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, utilization, and commercial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary SAP teams (functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, change management).
• Mentor consultants and managers to support capability development and project excellence.
