Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant at Manager level to lead end-to-end SAP engagements across ERP modules including HCM, MM, SD, PP, FICO, PM, QM and SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with clients to design and implement technology-enabled change, mentor teams, and ensure delivery excellence across cross-functional projects in a dynamic SEA practice.

Qualifications

Over 10 years' experience in SAP with at least 6–7 full cycle implementations.
Strong client-facing solution architect capabilities including workshops, design & blueprinting, configuration and cutover.
Proven leadership in team management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementations as a client-facing solution architect.
Conduct business needs analysis and map requirements to SAP capabilities.
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes.

About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead the overall involvement in an end-to-end implementation of SAP, acting as a client-facing solution architect.
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders.
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes.
Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team.
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

Skills Requirements

Sound understanding of SAP process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in SAP and its best practices.
Know-how in design & blueprinting, configuration, functional Specification, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, authorisation, data migration and cutover.
Deep client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops).
Strong Project Management skills and experience.
Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.

Experience Requirements

Over 10 years' experience in SAP module with minimum 6 to 7 full cycle implementation experience of mid to high complexity.

Excellent as a client facing solution architect with strong interactions, leading & driving client workshop , design & blueprinting, configuration, system build, training and cutover.

Provide know-how and subject matter expertise with senior stakeholders management experience.

Team lead experience, having led team of SAP consultants.
