Job summary

LIXIL INTERNATIONAL (Korn Ferry) is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud Strategy & Governance APAC. You will define a regional Salesforce strategy aligned with project-based B2B workflows and act as the process owner for opportunity, lead, and account management standards.

You will align regional practices with global CRM strategies, lead data governance, and oversee integration with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, analytics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of CRM or Sales Operations experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud; certification preferred.
• Experience in B2B environments with project-based sales cycles.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a regional Salesforce strategy aligned with B2B workflows.
• Serve as the process owner for opportunity, lead, and account management standards.
• Align regional practices with global CRM strategies while tailoring to local realities.
• Identify system gaps and drive workflow enhancements with IT, vendors, and SF admins.
• Lead design, testing, and rollout of new workflows, automation, and data fields.
• Oversee documentation of process changes and ensure consistent configuration.
• Maintain data integrity for account, contact, and project hierarchies across markets.
• Define and enforce standards for picklists, record types, and naming conventions.
