Job summary

SoftwareSeni in Semarang is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation. You will implement CRM workflows, maintain data models, and support API integrations with ERP systems and external websites.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, knowledge of Apex/LWC/Visualforce, and strong English communication. Onsite work in Semarang with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant degrees (Associate and/or Bachelor).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development, customization, or configuration.
• Experience configuring Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automation, data models, relationships, and business logic.
• Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, or Visualforce is an advantage.
• Familiarity with APIs and data flows between Salesforce, ERP systems, websites, and middleware is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM concepts and lead-to-opportunity workflows.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and Salesforce deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
• Contribute to Salesforce custom development using Apex, LWC, or Visualforce where applicable.
• Implement CRM workflows including lead-to-opportunity processes and account/contact management.
• Maintain Salesforce data models, relationships, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, websites, middleware).
• Test and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and integrations.
• Support deployments and maintain technical documentation.
