Job summary

ARYA Consultant is seeking a Sales Manager for a growing engineering and EPCC company serving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, and industrial sectors in Indonesia.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, lead tender and negotiations, and supervise the Business Development team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BD or sales leadership, strong sector experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management.
• Experience in EPCC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or sales leadership role.
• Strong experience in tender management, commercial negotiation, and corporate client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Manage sales pipeline, project opportunities, and business forecasts
• Lead proposal, tender, and commercial negotiation processes
• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Supply Chain, and other internal teams
• Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team
