Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) is seeking a Sales Manager - Accessories to drive national sales growth and expand distributor coverage for mobile accessories, IoT, wearables, and related consumer technology.

You will lead sales strategy, build dealer networks, manage Modern Trade and General Trade channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and effective retail execution. On-site in North Jakarta, mid- to senior-level leadership expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, Technology, or related industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in MT and GT channels (Modern Trade and General Trade).
• Established network of electronics dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and/or retail partners in Indonesia.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willing to work full-time on-site in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies and roadmaps to achieve revenue, sales volume, and distribution targets.
• Drive market expansion and increase presence across key retail channels and regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate sales growth.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Lead acquisition of new active dealers and distribution partners (target ~20+ per month).
• Strengthen channel coverage across Modern Trade and General Trade.
