You will monitor trends, manage inventory, and coordinate with retail partners to optimize visibility and performance. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; a strong hunter mindset and negotiation skills are essential for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years in sales within Consumer Electronics or IT, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in Mobile Accessories, IoT, or Wearables.
• Expertise in channel management across MT and GT, with strong dealer/distributor network.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales roadmaps to achieve revenue and distribution targets for the Accessories division.
• Manage and expand a network of active dealers and distributors across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
• Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market dynamics to optimize product positioning and sales strategy.
• Track stock movement (sell-in/sell-out) and ensure product visibility, availability, and inventory turnover at retail locations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and regional wholesalers to strengthen partnerships and support sales growth.
