Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia represents a Plastic/Resin (Trading) company seeking a Sales Supervisor ~ Assistant Manager to lead automotive-focused sales initiatives. The role prioritizes building client relationships, expanding market share, and delivering profitable results.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans to exceed targets while maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Business English proficiency required.
• At least 3 years as Sales Marketing Supervisor for plastics/resin in automotive.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams; CV in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for plastic resin and chemical products, primarily serving the automotive industry.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring customers while expanding market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers for long-term growth.
• Promote and expand sales of plastics by understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate terms, and follow up on quotations, contracts, and orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and satisfaction.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Prepare P&L analysis reports to evaluate performance and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Ensure sales targets, gross profit, and KPIs are achieved.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and present updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
