Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia's client, a Manufacturing (Packaging) company, seeks a Sales Engineer to design and develop plastic molds using SolidWorks, read drawings, and discuss requirements with customers.

You will coordinate with suppliers, travel to discuss projects, and provide regular updates to management while maintaining strong relationships. The role requires business-level English and at least 2 years' experience in plastic packaging or mold manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Business-level English required.
• Minimum 2 years as Sales Engineer in plastic packaging or mold manufacturing.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and reading technical drawings.
• Own SIM A driving license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic molds using SolidWorks based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate design and development.
• Visit customers to discuss and provide direct mold design consultation.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers while maintaining good business relationships.
• Prepare regular reports and provide project updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Other tasks as assigned.
