Instrumindo Prima Sentosa in Surabaya is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - End User Oil and Gas to join our team. Based in our Surabaya office, you will manage strategic customer accounts, develop new project opportunities, and support business growth in collaboration with the General Manager and Application Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and business growth objectives
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts end users Oil and Gas
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for assigned products and territories
• Execute strategic selling activities including customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers during project, tender, and procurement stages
• Prepare and maintain annual sales plans, quarterly business reviews, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports
