Job summary

BYD Indonesia is seeking a risk management specialist to strengthen the risk control framework and policy execution.

You will analyze risk data, track policies, and collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize approval strategies and reporting. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Familiar with local credit reporting and third-party data policies; knowledge of personal credit and automotive financing.
• 2+ years of related work experience (senior level guidance).

Responsibilities

• Improve risk management system construction and develop risk control strategies and processes.
• Track risk policies to ensure effectiveness and issue risk analysis reports.
• Analyze risk data and provide early warnings on risk status through reports.
• Plan risk control-related systems and coordinate with product and technology teams to optimize functions.
• Review and adjust risk strategies and approval rules; optimize automated strategies.
• Prepare internal reports and data statements.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving risk management system construction; analyzing and formulating risk control strategies, processes, and systems.
• Responsible for tracking risk policies to ensure effectiveness of relevant strategies; regularly conduct early warning and strategy control for risk customers, analyze abnormal risks, and issue risk analysis reports.
• Responsible for risk data analysis; monitor and provide early warning on risk status through reports or other analysis reports.
• Responsible for planning risk control-related systems, communicating with product and technology teams, and continuously improving and optimizing risk control system functions.
• Responsible for monitoring risk control strategies and rules, regularly review strategies, and conduct regular analysis of newly added or adjusted approval strategies.
• Responsible for adjustment and optimization of automated approval strategies.
• Responsible for internal report analysis, and preparation of relevant data, reports, and statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Economics, finance, statistics, or related majors.
• Familiar with local credit reporting and third-party data related policies; familiar with personal credit and related automotive financing business.
