Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Senior Executive, Analytics & Insights (Retail) to deliver data-driven analyses and client support for retailers in Indonesia. You will partner with operations and account teams to produce syndicated reports, brand performance analyses, and data extracts, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will coach clients on RMS resources, maintain content for the Resource Library, and support Thought Leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in market research or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a must.
Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, functions, charts).
Aptitude for numbers and meticulous, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients, advising on RMS resources and data standards.
Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear, concise and meaningful to clients.
Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations to monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management regarding client requirements and risks.
Organize content for Resource Library and contribute to Thought Leadership case studies.
Participate in comprehensive training programs for new hires.
