Job summary

The Research, Learning and Knowledge Management Manager leads KREASI's research and learning disciplines, ensuring technical quality and influencing policy and practice in foundational learning within low-resource settings. The role focuses on integrating GEDSI, climate change, and child participation across knowledge products.

As a member of the SMT, you will drive cross-program learning, coordinate with education managers and partners, and build relationships with government and universities

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and managing research and learning agendas.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods.
• Experience translating evidence into advocacy and policy briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of KREASI's Research and Learning Agenda.
• Provide technical leadership across research, learning, and knowledge management.
• Foster collaboration with government, universities, and partners.
• Coordinate learning events, after-action reviews, and knowledge products.
• Ensure GEDSI, disability inclusion, climate change, and child participation are integrated.
