Job summary

KORRUN GROUP in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to steer the local team and own full-cycle hiring from manpower planning to onboarding.

You will coach the team, optimize recruitment channels, track KPIs and deliver high-quality hires for manufacturing-focused operations. Mandarin skills are a strong plus.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business, plus hands-on HR experience, fluent English, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HRM/BA or related fields.
• Experience leading recruitment or HR teams.
• Experience in recruitment channel development and operations.
• Fluent English; Mandarin speaking/writing is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local recruitment team, providing coaching and performance tracking.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment: manpower demand, interview arrangement, offers, and onboarding follow-up.
• Develop diverse recruitment channels and optimize ROI including portals, headhunters, campus hiring.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality hiring against targets and track KPIs.
• Establish and improve recruitment SOPs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and regional HQ to resolve recruitment issues.
• Support other HR projects as assigned (workforce planning, employer branding).
