PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead land and property sales in Tangerang. You will design strategic sales plans, manage the sales team, and collaborate with marketing to grow brand exposure and revenue.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Marketing, you will build targeted market segments, track performance, and drive initiatives to meet ambitious targets while maintaining strong client networks and English communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales industries, with experience at manager level.
• Proven experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, especially in selling landed houses, high-rise apartments, office spaces and commercial lots.
• Strong ability in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad professional network.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
