Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking a Real Estate/Leasing Specialist to manage store lease agreements and liaise with property owners. You will review rental costs against sales performance, develop leasing strategies, and lead the Real Estate team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Minimum 5 years in business development and channel development, preferably in retail.
• Ability to travel and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and compliance of store lease agreements, monitoring key terms, timelines and obligations.
• Act as main liaison between the company and property owners/developers to ensure rights and obligations are fulfilled and communicated.
• Review and analyze rental costs and related charges per outlet by benchmarking against sales performance and profitability indicators.
• Conduct regular assessments of outlet sales performance in relation to rental expenses to identify optimization or renegotiation opportunities.
• Develop and recommend leasing and rental strategies based on sales, market conditions and business objectives; cascade to the team.
• Manage and collaborate with the Real Estate team by setting targets, guiding, and monitoring execution to align with business goals.
• Work with Finance, Project, and Operational teams to align lease terms, financial projections and operational needs.
• Provide regular reporting and performance evaluation to management regarding lease status and rental efficiency.
