PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia, located in Bandung Regency, West Java, seeks an experienced Manager Quality Control (Garment) for a full-time role. You will oversee quality assurance across garment manufacturing, ensuring products meet international standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, QA, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7–10 years of quality control/quality assurance experience in garment/textile.
• Experience leading QC teams and supervising technical staff.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and garment certifications (OEKO-TEX, BSCI).
• Proficiency in SPC and FMEA and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QC policies, procedures and standards across all manufacturing processes.
• Inspect raw materials, WIP and finished garments to ensure quality specifications.
• Supervise QC team, providing training, guidance and performance evaluation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to track manufacturing performance.
• Investigate quality issues, root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, design and procurement to resolve quality concerns.
