Job summary

PT HANSAE INDONESIA SUKSES, based in North Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA/QC in our garment factory. You will oversee QA/QC activities, implement quality systems, and drive improvements across cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing.

The role requires a strong track record in garment QA/QC, ISO 9001 knowledge, and leadership across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred, with a focus on delivering customer-ready quality for

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior QA Manager, QA Manager, or similar managerial position.
• Experience handling garment products for international buyers, including customer quality standards and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and final inspection.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, and garment inspection standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Senior QA Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities in our garment factory, ensuring that products meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable production standards.
